What is included? (Per 3 month Package)
- 1 x 60 minute meeting with the executives of the business before the program is rolled out.
- 1 x 4 hour day at your business working with your team, giving presentations and implementing this program
- For Companies within Saskatoon I will be onsite each week a new Value or Principle is discussed to facilitate and coach your team. There are 10 Values and Principles per every 3 month package.
- Printed Material for up to 25 team members. The Business pays for photocopying and printing cost for any members over 25.
- Follow-ups periodically with the leaders of your team to ensure that the program is running with excellence and to handle any obstacles encountered.
- 3 months of email and phone support for the leaders of your team
- Certificates for each team member after completion of each of the 4 Values and Principles Modules: Courage, Character, Vision and Leadership.
- If time is allotted by the Business leaders the certificates will be handed out publically , a key note speech on the current module and testimonials from team members on their experiences with the program. This is an excellent team building experience!
- 1 consultation session after each 3 month module is complete with the leadership team.
- A customized report for the executive and the team members on how the program went and an outline of how to maintain what was gained will stay fresh for your team members.
